"Equality isn't just a principle; it's the cornerstone for building empowered and motivated workplaces."
Background
My parents instilled the importance of family unity, work ethics and giving back to society into me at an early age.
I was born in England. I attended a local school, and my parents always encouraged me to do my very best in my education and extracurricular activities.
Education
There is a tradition of attending law school in my immediate family and I am the second generation to attend university to read law.
Career
My journey echoes a commitment to break norms for a more inclusive future.
More recently, I have been involved in drafting energy, sports and entertainment law and commercial contracts. I advocate for equality and diversity in the Energy Sector and I focus on underrepresented groups to correct misconceptions relating to women, children, people with disabilities, and cross-cultural differences in sports law. The energy and sports law sectors need to take significant strides to break away from conventional norms and embrace inclusivity, paving the way for a more diverse future with supportive systems.
